Sir,

I bought a samsung hard disk drive in the capacity of 40gb. The hard disk drive is having a 3 years warranty. When I unplug the cable from the product, the plastic edge is slight bent. Due to this the samsung warranty provider not accepted this hard disk drive for this reason. But the complaint is inside the hard disk only not on the plastic corners of the hard disk drive.

I am very much tensioned because of this.
