Efusal to book even after 20/28 days, refusal to deliver, none refund of delivey cost delivery

This matter has been brought to the notice of district officer sever times but he totally ignored and did not help.

However on the same spot with the help of (owner's) agents of the distributor if we can pay RS.550 they agree to give immediate delivery.

It appears they have good influence in the district office.

That is why their behavior is rude and unbusiness like.

We request discrete secret investigation in view of the fact that that owners are very influential.
