Misbehave of Delivery Boy

Respected Sir,

I am a consumer in your agency my consumer No.10245 in which I had booked for the gas personally in your office Last week for which they replied that I would get the cylinder after 10-15 days. and I agreed for the same. Since I and my wife are working I would give the empty cylinder to my father-in-laws house which is in the same compound. But the Delivery person had been to our home today (13/02) around 1 pm as I had not expected the cylinder so early I had not given the empty cylinder to my father-in-laws house learning this the Delivery person has abused in a filthy language shouting in the street addressing my father-in-law and mother-in-law who are senior citizens. this is the second time he is doing this last time he had asked for more tips than usual for his work. when we gave only10/- Rs tips he had used the same filthy language. for which I wanted to complain in th police station . but before that I like to give a complaint to your office. Even I tried to complain through phone but nobody is responding for the phone call so I had to complain through this. I think you will take necessary action against the Delivery person and acknowledge the same to us.
