Myself Harish Nihalani resident of Mathura (uttar pradesh) I am using airtel prepaid mobile connection {9897811727) from last two years. I am facing problem with your system from last 2 months.in this connection automatic balance less from my account. I had sent many requests for this point at airtel customercare but they provide unsufficient answer saying that the balance less by mistake but not recovery of balance...
