Non Delivery of Shipment by DTDC Courie

I had purchased a mobile from site Letsbuy.com. I got a SMS on 12 Aug 10 that the product has been sent through DTDC courier and my shipment s AWB no is v03613420. The product was shipped on 10 Aug 10 as per the Courier site&-gt;tracking shipment. However, the shipment is still not received by the customer till 20 Aug 1400h failing which I am writing this complaint to you hoping to get some answers. I am disabled and I do online shopping for my convenience and this time it didn t work the previous times. After contacting myself the courier company three-four times, I was given the information that my shipment is lost. I want the shipment to be delivered immediately or if lost, I want the money back.
