Problem in tele booking

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Hari Singh Gas Service, Prem Nagar, Nangloi-41. I have been trying for booking the refilled gas cyclinder since 11.06.08 via telephone but it is very disappointing and embarassing that every time either the telehone are found engaged or kept rining all the time. I have received these booking telephone no. from the delivery receipt as well as told by telephone attendent at said agency. These contact nos. are 25470333, 25476333. 25180333, 25186333. I have never experienced a quick telephone booking. I presume the officer at this agency either not attending the call at all or might have removed the tele cable from telephone instrument. I have to face a great hardship every time. I prefer to make booking through telephone so that time can be saved but of no use as seen yet.

I humbly request the concerned authority to please look into this matter seriously and do the needful so that customer should not encounter with such problem.
