Misguide to us - reg

We (me & spouse) have visit to Vaishno Devi from 5.9.09 to 7.9.09 and I have purchased return ticket from Hari Travels (India) (Regd by: J&K Tourism Deptt) (written in the ticket), Kashmir Road, Katra (Vaishno Devi) 182301 - J&K. on 7.9.09 morning. I have purchsed two tickets for AC Volvo Coaches from Katra to Delhi. They take charges from me to Rs. 1400/- (Rupees one thousand four hundred only) Rs. 700/- each and said my buses are very good conditions and you don't worry about it. The departure of bus will be at 7.00 p.m. sharp from opposite my shop. We reached at 7.00 p.m. sharp in his office. Those who booked my ticket in the morning are not present at that time. Some other person comes to me and said that are you book two tickets from Katra to Delh. I said yes! He says both of you come to me, I will take to you bus stand because my bus will be stand in bus stand. They take to us bus stand and said, you go to by the DTC volvo bus. I said I booked the ticket private volvo coach, but he refused and said only this bus will go to Delhi, if you want to go Delhi you must be sit in this bus. After that I said I want to go Delhi in Connaught Place because earlier you said that our office is in Delhi in Connaught Place also. The vender said when you reached in ISBT, Delhi our cabs will picked to you for connaught place you don't worry about it.

When we reached in the bus, only we two person are in the bused and driver said we picked the passanger in Jammu. You please sit I will take to you Jammu. The bus is totally non AC bus. I said to driver to open the AC, he said that AC kharab hai!

After reached the Jammu, they halt the bus for more than 1.30 hours and start the bus at 10.30 to 10.45 p.m. The total passanger are 20-22. All passanger said to the driver that "Aree bhai AC to on karo, hamne AC coach ke passe diye hain" Driver said AC kharab hai nahi chalega, aur Delhi ke najdik aane ke baad driver ne kaha ki " Hari travels wale ne hame kaha tha ki sare passenger non-AC wala hain aur sabhi non-AC ke pasia diya hain."

Hamein kafi dukh hua ki Hari travels ne hamse AC ke charges liye aur DTC ki bus mein bithaya. Muje aur meri wife ko kafi pareshani ka samana karna pada aur driver ne kaha tha ki ham dinner ke liye bus rokenge magar usne dinner ke liye bus nahi roki. Aur dirver ne yeh bhi kaha tha ki Hari travels ne per head Rs. 350/- diye hai. Jabki Hari travels ne hamse AC ke charges liye thye.

It is threfore requested due to mentally torched by Hari travels, they return my bus fare, and heavy challan to Hari travels.
