Frequent Power shut down

Dear Sir,

Greetings to you.

We are living in Annanagar, 2nd main road.

We are facing frequent power shut down issues.

We have made inumerable complaints to the local EB office & they have always responded with their deaf EAR.

They are not able to provide any solution to this issie.

Even today for the last 5 hours we are struggling witout power.

The transformer bursts everyday due to capacity issue & the EB are taking us for a ride by giving false excuses & faultered commitments.

All the nearby areas do not have this problem. They are enlightened with 24x7 power.

Request you to kindly look in to this matter as there will be many famalies suffering like us.
