Amount is diffrent in NSDL as compare to 16-A

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Deepak Chatrath, PAN No. AFDPC3608Q. I have submit my return for the assessment year 09 to Income Tax Office, Ambala Cantt., Haryana. The amount on the 16-A Form is 3950/- Rs. But the dealing hand in Income Tax Office, Ambala Cantt. has told me that "In NSDL your amount is Rs.2800/- submitted by the employer." How is it possible. Please help me. I am in total mess. What should I do.
