Ude n vulgur behaviour of checkin staff

R/s sir,

i m a daily traveller of haryana roadways... i did not like the way your checking staff behaves... they often show their vulgarities to the us.even after paying the full fine... they use vulgar language... when i tried to oppose them... they tried to beat me, which i don"t think is the rule... and they use so much obscene words, which i don"t think should be used publically...

so please look into the matter and take some relevant steps towards your staff...
