Respected Sir,

I want to bring kind notice an incident on 4th July at bus stand Sonipat at 10:30 a.m. I was to travel from Sonipat to Delhi by bus. I tried to get in toThe bus (HR38N-5362) of your depot, but the conductor didn’t allow me to get in I requested him many times but he bluntly refused and exchange Very hot words With me and physically man handled and thrashed me out of the bus. In this process I got my shirt torned before I could report to the matter to the police he gave a whistle and bus ran away. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter personally so that innocent passengers may not suffer in future by the rude behavior of your staff and may not bring bad name to your department and defaulting person may be punished accordingly, here I mention that I am available for witness in this enquiry if necessary.
