No Connection No Refund

I applied for the Hathway connection on April 10th and paid an ammount of Rs730 via cheque to Hathway. I did not receive any call from hathway for 20 days regarding the connection. Despite regular call to hathway no one bothered to infor me that there is no availability of connection in my area. Then finally one day when I called them they informed me that the connection is not available in my area. I asked them to refund the money and for the past 2 months they have been telling me that some one from the refund department will call you. I have made unlimited calls to them asking for the refund but all in vain.

HATHWAY IS THE WORST COMPANY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
