Pathetic Service

I purchased a Havells Wall Hanging Fan for my office and it stopped working on the very next day of installation. I called up Havells consumer care and they sent somebody to repair the fan. Next day, the fan again stopped working. This happened on 11-08. Now whenever I call up consumer care.. They do not respond..or the ecxuse is that the repairs guy is on his way.. but he is never able to reach me.. I m very tired of this scenario.. Is there anyway that i can escalate my complaint to the highest of concerned authorities so that they also get to know how there people are fooling the customers...
