Not working from the date of purchage

Dear Sir,

I purchase Havells Pedestral Fan Swing-RB dated 13/06 from Central Electric Emporium

18, RABINDRA SARANI, KOLKATA -700 001

TAX INVOICE/CASH MEMO NO. 2152 DATED 13/06

on 16/06 Havells Technical person came replaced motor, though it is working but the fan is vibrating which is not normal.

I made blunder mistake purchasing this brand . why not deal ear replace this defective fan with new one
