Did not received relieving letter till date

I was an employee of hbl branch Narinder Cinema Jalandhar from june to august and my employee code was HBL/AP/J04969. But till date i didn't receive my relieving letter. pls send my relieving letter as soon as possible to my address and send me its scan copy to my email id because its very urgent.
