Sir, Thi s is to submit that the stray dogs in H-Block particularly from H-21 to H-31 (a large number) have made the life of the residents and passerby hell. Everyday two or three bite cases are happening in this particularly area. People are very much scared. Everytime the fear of dog bite is scaring the people. There is urgent need to take action by the MCD authorities to solve this problem. I therefore request you to take an immediate action to take away these stray dogs and help the residents of this block and other sr and elderly people of this area. Thanking you.
