Dear sir i have purchased the home basic system thro your dealer m/s tuslasi sys@ sol chennai viide

their bill 418 02.10.2007 ref: c188 dt 02.10.2007 where in they have given windows vista but asked the

dealer to change the vist inti xp, they have changed and worked after six months booting problem came

and again called tulasi sys for service they have informed me your systems hard disc is broken i could

not understand we have not open the system without proper hard engineer, proplem comes i used

contacted the dealer only I.e tulasi system only, i asked your dealer and service engineer they are asking

me to change the hard disc with cost around 3000/ i surprised note that i have not opened the system

only by service enginneer here how i am resposible for that

pl look into this matter

other wise i ll have to move for consumer forum
