LCD LIGHTS TURNS OFF AUTOMATICALLY & UNABLE TO SEE THE SCREEN

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

It is to draw your kind attention to a frequent problem that I have been facing with this product since 4-5 months of its purchase. The Machine Model is AX002011 and Machine Serial No. is A064AX174239. Date of installation was 12.02.07 and Warranty expoired on 11, 02.08. As i have said this problem is frequent that at times while switching on the power switch the system opens but we are unable to anything in the screen. It remains black. None of our efforts work for the same to rectify it. We took it to the retail shop of purchase of this product-Laptop Lounge Bhubaneswar. But the engineers were unable to understand the problem because the problem does not necessarily comes into the effect every time. When we took to them they opened the system and it got started as usual. But as a customer we are getting and feeling the problem. Every time we cannot run to the shop to get ourself helped of it. At this point of time the problem is so frequent that we have to sit and wait for 30 mins-2hours to work on the system because we cant see anything. Even I dont know why but at times all the opened pages/folders/etc. automatically gets minimized and apart from that we feel that control key sometimes automatically gets stuck and it selects automatically wherever we move the cursor. These are a few problems that I am quoting now because there are many problems linked with this system. I am student I thought Laptop would be of greater help to me. I had enquired that which company would be of greater value and which brand name I can Trust. But Sorry to say I am bewildered and I feel I have been cheated myself by investing a huge amount of money for such as unused stuff because I am having it but I cant use this laptop. If you can do some thing to this then kindly look into the matter orelse I have to look for some solution at Consumer Forum.
