Screen and registering problem

Sir,

I have bought a HCL laptop model no. B-24 B-2419 in October. But there is a problem in the screen. There are permanent dots on the screen. At starting there was only one but it had become three. I don't know what to do? Another problem is that it is not detecting the wireless adapter. Third problem is that I am unable to register it on the HCL support service. It is saying that the registration number is invalid. Please reply me about this. Because the local HCL service center is not responding well.
