Hi, this is saikat sur, a customer of hcl. I have amc & my machine serial A054AZ031757. On 21st jan, a technitian came & took my motherboard 4 repairing according to my complain no hcl 218 in HCL INFOSYTEM LTD, KOL.-700 019.
After 21 days passed there is no surity of gettig back it.
This is my earnest reqest, plz stop this nonsense, fraud business of hcl.
