Screen display problems

I bought a hcl leaptop.but after three months it started giving a problem.its screen often flikers... become blank... often become white.i have submittted the laptop at andheri service center now its almost two weeks.every time i contacted them they are saying it going to take two or three days.i got fed up with them.the center incharge of mumbai branch is jitendra mishra.he told me that my laptop will be ready by 23/04.but when i contacted him on 21/04 he dint came on phone and a lady told me that 4-5 more days it will take.this game of postponding has been going on for two weeks.
