HCL Brand New Battery Issue

My name is Kshitij Singh. I bought a brand new HCL Laptop Battery (Srno: 07G01A61865M-00B1B) in Rs. 3425 from HCL Infosystems Limited, C-150, Niralanagar, Lucknow on 31st August. Initially they gave me the battery without even checking if it is working or not since they were shifting the office location. To start with the battery was not giving a backup of even a second after fully charging the battery for more than 2 hrs. When we went back for the battery replacement they told us to wait for 30-35 min which finally took around 1:30 hrs without any valid reason. They somehow managed to arrange for a replacement battery which was having the same problem. They told that they'll arrange another replacement battery in 2 days. After 2 days when I enquired about it then they again told to wait for another 2 days with a reason that the battery has been shipped and has not yet been delivered.

This is an example of worst customer service which I have ever experienced because now neither they are able to provide a workable new battery nor they are willing to return money.
