There is no point for saying about the Quality, moreover, your support is also pathetic compared to other players in the market. You people can take this as end user feedback and please provide resolution to my problem.

I have already addressed above mail to following emails: webhost@hcl.in, complaintcell@hcl.in, hcltouch.reg@hcl.in but to my surprise no concrete action has been taken to solve my problem. I feel helpless at this point of time. Please HELP!!
