Sound & ununtu installation problem

There r 2 problems with my hcl notebook b28 c2d laptop.

one is: i have installed ubuntu os but when i starts it, it displays me loading screen n after that it will get hanged every time.there is no movement ferther.

second is: while i m watching movie or song after some time it stops the all sounds n it gives me very bad

sound. it sounds like kkiiirrrrrrrrrr.but after restarting the laptop all works properly but after some time again it gives me the same problem.

pls send me the solution as soon as possible.
