I have purchased a laptop of HCL with offer pay 1000 and get more 3 items free, and i have pay the amount from online, and the transaction was successfull and i got the email confirmation frm the hcl, but i have nither not received the free products and no money deducted from my account, i have droped many mails to www.HCLStore.in/support but no reply. below is my confirmation mail from hcl.
