This is to inform you that a leaptop model no. HCL C2D 9100BT was brought from COMPUTERS PARADISE mandi himachal pradesh.now the lap is having hardware problem in every 2 months. The HCL service center at chandigarh sec-17A shop no.66 (HCL INFOSYS Ltd.) are not responding to my problem.i am having problem regarding your poor service.
It seems that i made a mistake by purchasing a laptop of your company.
please take a step so that my usb port is corrected or else provide me with a new one.
