Hi sir,

I need you help in regards to the offer letter provided by TCS Company to me.

They had sent me an offer letter, (both soft copy and hard copy) on the basis of that I had attended the medical checkup also, which was cleared by me. And after that HR from TCS called and confirmed me that on which particular date can you join to the company. I send back the acceptance form confirming that I would be joining on 27th Aug.

On 4th Aug Ramya from HR TCS Chennai is calling me telling me that we are not able to allow you to join you company on 27th Aug, as there is some internal review is going on that, on the basis of that you would be joining to the company in next quarter (most probably in month of October),

I told them that I already put my resignation in my current organization and I am on notice period. Who will be taking care or paying salary for two month... what can an individual do I he/she is running is home by its own salary. I told them to let me join to the company, But they didn’t agree for that, at last I mailed yesterday to all HR person who contacted me regarding my joining to the company to confirm me on which particular date I will be joining in month of October but they revert back still yet.

It is very serious thing for me... The Last option I found that taking help from you. I would very much thank full to you, if you kindly support to me in this regards,

I will be jobless after the 15th Aug, which is my last working day in my current firm.
