Problem about windows

Hello, i have a hcl microsoft windows xp professional, it is having a problem it shows a msg this copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation and you have not yet responded the problem.this copy of windows is no longer eligible to receive the full range of upgrades and product support avilable from microsoft.you may be a victim of software counterfeiting, pls solve my problem as soon as it is possible my pid no of windows is 55274-643-7213323-23979 thankyou
