Spark in cpu

After starting and running for almost 5 minutes, there is some spark in cpu and MCB of my house goes off. It happened twice. However I did'nt try again. I tried hard for two hour to complain on customer care but no body picked the phone. It is requested that the complained be rectified immediately.
