PC COMLPAIN LODGE ON 04-08 Call Id No C040889

My Home Pc HCL Beanstak Sr.no-902PAQ05394 is under waranty. I have registerd complain to Mumbai HCL Authorized service center vide complain no-C040889 on dated 04-08 on telephone No 022-22995994. After repeated inquiry first it was attended on 18-08 .But not able to solve on the same date. Then after two days one enginner mr Vicky came with part which broken one. Then he had romoved mother bord and taken with him and returned after to days, but not able to solve the problem saying that SMPS is faulty and will put demad to HCL& will attend soon. But after 4days about on 28/08 I got reply your smps reached to us & under test & will attended within 2 days. But no body turnup hence quancequent next enquiry I have been told SMPS which was brought was faulty, order placed for new SMPS.After one week of time I inquir about cplain not given satishfation report asked Incharge Phone and got Mr Jagatap mobile no 996738984. I tried for two days but not able to get with result swithed off. Finly i have contacte on 10-08 Dipty was availabl on inquiry asked details, but after long duratin she told that your part is not yet received asked to incharge number who was present. As per given number 02240510263 Icontacted mr Amol. He told me he wiill see and solve the problem. But he has not contacted nethier solved problems. Then again I contacted him on dated 12/09, he assured me today your problem will solved. Hence I have no alternate with me to lodge a complaine in consmuer being HCL not giving proper Service till today i.e 15-09.
