Computer SL No. 6094AM428553 purchased on 7th July through their Ghaziabad Dealer. Due to its faulty SMPS and RAM the system is not working properly. The complaint given to their Ghaziabad Dealer he collected the SMPS and returned it after 25 days but the fault was not repaired properly. Against the complaint given to HCL Authorised Service Center at Phone No. 0120-4279758, 59, 60, 61 and also on 0120-4330680 (mark Computer, NOIDA on 21.09.09 but the defective parts are still not replaced even upto 30.09.09. Always their phones remain busy and no satisfactory reply given about the time-frame of solving the problem.
I request the HCL Management thorugh your esteemed Forum to improve their service level and do not harras the customers.
