HCL- EC2 Computer
No responds from Authorities

Sir,

i am a Kerala State Govenrment Officer (Block Development Officer, Thalikulam, Kerala)

we purchased four Desktop Computers (EC2) from HCL.

But LAN Card of the one PC is damaged, we reported twice this complaint to the Ernakulam HCL Authorities. the no. is (692 or 962). they called over phone and asked the problem. we discussed the problem and they told a solution. but we applied it, but it did not work.

again we called them at least 4 times and registered the complaint. the new No is 1038.

here BPL Data entry work is going on, which is very urgent.

so please do the needful to rectify the issue, replace the LAN card etc. if needed.

i am waiting a good responds from you
