Fake warranty

I have purchased hcl ezeebee s. No 7064Z011905 in the date of 03.08.2006 from IT services Kattur Trichy. After purchase we carried several problems with repair reports. but now we have check model in net there iswarranty expired in shown and only 34 months running .tft monitor, hard disk, cpu all are not functioning . so shall i go to consumer court
