HCL Ezeebee PC
Motherboard not replaced till now!!

Hi there!! My name is Prateek Bhardwaj And Im a Customer of HCL for the past 3 years!! I purchased an HCL Ezeebee PC in Aug!! And I took AMC from HCL on 28th november which is till 26th november!! I recently ha a few problms in my PC!! My PC ws nt Restarting, My mouse ws nt working and My DVD/CD combo drive ws also nt working!! I logged a complaint at HCL bt nobody has come till now!! Im a multimedia professional and I hv already sufferd a huge loss!! I call HCL everyday and they say the same thing everyday that we still dont have a motherboard yet!! It will come tomorrow!! Bt tomorrow never comes?? Please advice me what to do against this bad service!! Should I go to the consumer court?? And if I do if is worth the effort??
