Mobile for repair, lost after 10 mnths. WOst service provide

Hi,

Iam rohit soni i had n73 music edition which is under warrenty, i had given it to NOKIA CARE HCL INFOSYSTEM .LTD hyderabad, panjakutta on 28-01 .They said they will give me new set as a replacement after 15 days but whenever i reached theie shop they said again 10 days like that and agin agin i frusted with those guys even they dont worry about consumer court also. Now almost 2 months going on and still iam not received my mobile.my job sheet num is 71263 and IMEI no 353641019945348 and name on job sheet is K.Mishra. I never saw the worst nokia care in my whole life .its better to take actions against them by going into court or police complains.

Please help me if you can
