Not getting proper service from hcl

I bought a hcl laptop on last august after some time it started giving problem, i took tat to service center they took 2 months of time for repairing a cd writer.but after few days the problem again occured.after 2 months battery, OS and other problems occured, again i took that to service center already they hav taken 3 months time but not giving back my laptop.
