HCL Nokia service- N-91 8gb
Highly dissatisfied & frustrated with HCL Nokia

I am SHIVANI from New Delhi, purchased N-91 8gb for 21, 300 on 24th april 07.Within a few weeks it started giving me many problems as a result i submitted the handset in Nokia care S-10, Green Park ext, New Delhi-19.After getting the cell back it again gave me the same probelms, so i again gave the set to Nokia, Green Park 1st Job Sheet No:- 1500236972 on 20-07-07.Again repaired again problem

2nd Job sheet No-1500245906 dated 03-09-07, after this Mr. Amit Sharma (dept head, Green Park)-9958004472 gave me in writing that if any problem persists the 3rd time this cell will be replaced by all means.

Again 3rd TIME due to same problems in the handset, it went for replacement (SWAP) on 17th Sep 07 3rd Job Sheet No- 1500248360 which i have in writing signed by nokia dept, Green Park Head Mr. Amit Sharma and told me that i will get a new Handset on 5th Oct 07.But instead of SWAPPING they sent me a message that it is repaired. Then again Mr. Amit told me by mistake it happened but the handset has already gone for SWAPPING (17th-Sep-07)

4th Job Sheet No- 1500249862 SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN VISITING NOKIA Green Park every week because they tell me to come after 5 days, 6 days, again 5 days. AND I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED.

MR AMIT SHARMA NEVER PICKED HIS CELL AND NOW HAS LEFT THE JOB, NOW PERSON IN CONCERN MR. PRAKASH ARYA (he says he dosent have a cell so gave me some colleague's no- 9971267505 which is always switched off), TOLD ME TO COME ON 13TH OCT, THEN ON 19TH AND TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY CELL.

I HAVE PURCHSED MY CELL FOR 21, 300 AND ITS LYING WITH NOKIA.THEY TELL ME BANGALORE NOKIA ARE DELAYING IT, THEN THEY Say "THAT WE DONT HAVE THE HANDSET (IT IS SHORT)".

I AM SPENDING SO MUCH ENERGY AND TIME, MY PETROL IN ADDITION TO THAT Rs.21, 300.WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY CELL BACK?

NOKIA GREEN PARK STAFF IS HIGHLY IRRITATING, THEY DUN KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS.

I HAVE ALSO CALLED NOKIA BANGALORE, MY COMPLAINT ID - 2-2JPFYB.

I REQUEST NOKIA TO PLEASE GIVE ME N-91 8 GB new handset OR IF THEY DUN HAVE THE CELL IN STOCK THEN GIVE ME ANOTHER SERIES HANDSET WITHIN SIMILAR PRICE RANGE OR RETURN MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND DISSATISFIED THE WAY NOKIA PEOPLE ARE DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, ATLEAST IN MY LIFE I MYSELF WILL NEVER BUY A NOKIA HANDSET OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY THE SAME.
