Charge

I am a student of cms college coimbatore. The hcl branch of coimbatore provide laptop for mba students in our college. I am an mba student. They says the company offering on site warranty and replacement warrenty. But their aftersale service is "very bad". My laptop charger not working and i given this to hcl office coimbatore for replacement. But they did not replace it, they says their is no replacement warranty for laptop chargers! I am waiting for the charger for 8 MONTHS.they are asking for cash payment for replacing the charger. And another thing is we are not given any documents regarding the warrenty of laptops. So kindly give by charger back.. please its my request! I need it very soon
