HCL PC
Not working properly

I have purchased a HCL beanstak PC from M/s. Arshan Computers, Tambaram Chennai (claiming as a partner of HCL) in May and from the beginning itself there is intermittent power off problem. They have visited several times to attend the problem and till date it is not rectified. But now, they are asking for money as the warranty period is over. After repeated attempts to them till nobody responds. Even I have spoken to Mr. Harish, who is the Cheif of the organisation. Thats why I request everybody DON'T PURCHASE HCL PCS. THEY ARE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS.
