Mental harrasment by bajaj finance dealer in Jalandha

Myself Vileen sharma from Jalandhar has financed HCL-Personal computer from IMPEL INFOSYS near bus stand JALANDHAR in May 07. I have submitted PDCs each of Rs 2296 in favour of BAJAJ FINANCE. but some how these PDC's were not produced in my bank.

In the month of MArch 08 I got call from mobile no:9878489567 that four cheques has lost & i have to make payment of Rs 9184 in cash & as far as lost cheques are concerned Bajaj finance will give me this in writing.. I told that i 'll issue four new PDCs & financially it is not possible for me to pay the cash.. AFTERWARDS I HAVE NOT GOT ANY CALL . All of a sudden I got a call from Mobile no: 9872666458 on 12th May & he behaved VERY RUDELY & he warned me if i will not pay full payment in cash he will take out the PC from my home. though i agreed that i'll make payment in installments..

kindly tell if financially it is possible than i would have purchased PC in cash only..

Phone call from that ilmannered person has disturbed me mentally & I AM PLANNING TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS MISBEHAVIOUR BY BAJAJ FINANCE STAFF.
