Not working properly

I have purchased one CPU from PC World, H.No.10-3-304/F/A, Koya Summit, Near NMDC, Masab Tank, Hyderabad - 28. Ph:040-66411000 TIN.No.28561393516 Invoice. No.604 on 07-08 worth Rs.14, 450/-. Intel Pentium Dual Core, 1.86GHz, 1gb DDR 160 GB HDD. From the last two days the system is not working and i called to the PC World Technicians and they said we are coming and the check the problem, till now they are not yet come. I have called to the concerned person and he is not answering the phone. Please try to solve my problem.
