Mis-leadind campaign

A mayur brand one ltr mustard oil bottle with MRP Rs 118- printed. Fortune with Rs 95/-.Is the consumer responsible to reign in the scrupulous dealers and their owners. Are not those industrialists / Mill owners supplying candles to the gullible mases at the India gate at Mumbai to fight against terror. Who will fight against these home grown terrorists sponsored by the like minded people in the central govt. Is the Jago India campaign a boon for the manufacturer to label any MRP leaving it to the hapless consumer to fight it out loosing all the way.

Isn't the duty of the govt auth to ensure that MRPs are not printed arbitrarily? GOI india must be asked to reign in scrupulous manufacturers and sop the advertisement which seems to be sponsored by the wrong doers.
