Delay in issuing booked gas cyllinders

I, Christian Rajesh Abraham, the customer of Indane Gas, gokul gas agency near Deepika society, karodia road, Bajwa, Vadodara, my Cunsumer no. 2155.

every month the agency does not issue the cyllinder on time. they deliver cyllinder at every 40 days. If I book the cyllinder on 31st of teh month they will deliver the cyllinder on 12th of the month. so the delivery date is 12, but the next booking they will do on 2nd of the month and deliver the cyllinder on 20th of the month after calling them 5 to six times on phone. and the booking agent is very rude, he or she uses the language that is unbearable for a common men.
