Amount deducted without my permission

Dear Sir,

HDFC bank deducted 442 Rs from my saving account to another credit card without my approval and intimation.when i wanted to know the reason they blocked my Net banking without any information. After that i called more than 20 times to call center then i visited to Branch they also dealed with me like a burden. and still problem not resolved and no further information they provide, every time only I co ordinated with the issue.

If any one can tell me the procedure to file a complain against HDFC, definately i ll go forward.
