Bank Statement & False commintment

I have opened my saving account with HDFC Bank (a/c no. 06791000007811) in July. I received only my Debit Card and cheque book but july onwards I didn't received any other document as well as my bank statement. I have complained so many times in customer care but they don't care. They are just misguiding. I also visit my branch (Musud Pur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070) but all in vain.
This is not a complaint against any individual or a Bank, but a letter to show how customers are cheated with false promises.
I need my bank statement for taxation purpose.
