HDFC Bank own rules to earn money

Dear Concern,

I am sunil Joshi, using HDFC bank A/c No. 029411140001962 since 3 yrs. On 21st Apr somebody has deposit amount into my account and bank has been credited Rs. 110 from my account without any prior notice or information.

Except HDFC bank, no other bank is taking charges like this. After confirmation on phone banking, bank officials told this is private banking and they have their own rules and regulation. My question is any private bank can do anything without any notice presented by RBI. Please involve in this matter and try to break all this kind of rules made by banks only.

Your help in this regards would be highly appreciated.
