Why they did not depositing cash in my a/c

Dear sir

i am raghuvender singh and s/o shri ramhari and prvious year i have purchased a bike and the bike is on instellment and my father had open a a/c in hdfc bank and every thing is going ok but now the manager of hdfc bank ltd branch in cannaught circus and add is N-47 PRATAP BUILDING .

why they did not depositing cash n my a/c and my a/c no is-14011710009850

now this is become headche for my father

so please solve my problem as early as possible
