HDFC Bank Credit Card
Haven't recd credit card, credit card misused

I have applied for HDFC Bank Credit Card last year in Aug. I haven't recd the credit card till date. The card issued to me was misused by someone else and bank is asking me to pay the due amount. Meanwhile the day card was used, i was in Lucknow and out of Mumbai on Official tour (Employee of Reliance). I have valid proofs for that which also i have submitted to bank. I am fighting with Bank officials since last 1 year but haven't got any response from them. Since one year i am only getting one answer that it's under investigation.

can consumer court help me or any other agency where i can send a notice to bank and resolve the issue.

i am fed up of it.
