I had made a payment for rs 35000 against for the billing amouny, but on this behalf I had been called by Ms Neha who is looking after collection at Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi, I made this payment. But against this I Had a deal with her that she will provide me N.o.c or Zero balance statement, that but she will not provide me yet. What may i have to do I have to file this payment in my Income Tax Return.
