HDFC BANK Platinum Plus Credit Card
Wrongly Charged

I had tried to book Rail Tickets by using IRCTC Site with my Credit Card no. 5243681100185019. But, for some technical reasons, the Ticket was not issued, however i received message in my cell no. 919434003350 that my card has been charged for the following:

dt. 24.4.09 Rs 10215.00

dt. 25.4.09 Rs. 2350.00 and 2050.00.

please confirm and rectify from your end, as some technical fault is carrying on in IRCTC Site.
